Unjustified Return of Products (right of unjustified withdrawal)
The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, in accordance with the law for consumer protection, without justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
No withdrawal and no return is permitted
1) For special orders (special construction according to customer specifications or clearly personalized, upon written agreement – order).
2) Where products have been modified at the request of the customer.
3) For damages caused during the opening of the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.
Returns will be accepted strictly only if the following conditions are met:
1) The product is unused and in its original perfect condition. The inspection will be carried out by our online store manager.
2) The packaging of the product has not been altered or soiled, but is in perfect condition.
3) The product is returned in secure packaging so that it is not damaged during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit of the product.
4) All documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt/invoice, written guarantee, order form, order confirmation mail and credit card stub (if you have paid by credit card) will be returned intact and in perfect condition.
5) The customer does not exercise the right of withdrawal within the above period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The customer in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, must contact us, notifying his decision to withdraw, with a written statement without conditions, demands and deadlines, which will be sent by mail (Papanikos-Gialamas, 45 Diminiou, P.C. 38500, Volos Magnesia) or by e-mail (info@woodware.gr) before the expiration of the above 14-day period.
Before returning the product the customer is necessary to contact woodware at info@woodware.gr within the above deadline.
The customer must return the products in secure packaging, so that they are protected during shipment , without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced , as above, in our online store his decision to withdraw.
The return is at the risk of the customer as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport .
The cost of return will be borne by the customer woodware will not receive the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer .
In the event that the above is not complied with and the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions will not be accepted the return of the product and the product will be sent back to the customer-sender at the expense of the same .
Provided that the product is received, the declaration of withdrawal is timely, the above conditions are met in their entirety and the above procedure for exercising the customer’s right of withdrawal is followed, the return of the products will be accepted.
The refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer (the initial shipping costs are not refundable) will be completed without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be made through a deposit to the customer’s bank account. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person listed on the purchase receipt for the returned product.
In the event that the customer does not wish to receive a refund but to exchange the product with another or other products, up to the amount of the price paid or by paying an additional price, provided that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused. In the event that the changed product is of a lesser value than that of your original order, woodware will not refund the difference in value, therefore you must choose an add-on so that your new order is of equal or greater value than the original order.
Changing for a second time, i.e. changing the already changed products is not allowed.
